My Baseball Focused Workout:
🏋️ Medicine Ball Slams — upper-body & core strength
🏋️ Landmine press — shoulder stability + rotational strength
🏋️ Single-arm DB rows — back strength, posture + arm control
🏋️ DB bench press and shoulder press — chest, shoulders + triceps
🏋️ Cable work — rotational power + core stability
🏋️ Landmine rotational work — hip-to-core power + explosiveness

For a baseball player, it’s not just about lifting heavier. It’s about building a stronger, more athletic body that can throw harder, swing faster and move better.
Offseason goals: Bigger. Faster. Stronger. 💪⚾️

Building strength that translates to the field one rep at a time.

Game day gets the attention. The work gets the results. ⚾️💪

No shortcuts. No days wasted. Just showing up, putting in the work, and chasing that 1% every day.

Earned. Every day. 🔨 @gr.iffin2844 #baseballcontent #bettereveryday #fyp #athletedevelopment #training

👀 LSU Baseball already knows.

The question is…

Does LSU Football know?

A projected Top 10 MLB Draft pick just posted:

🔥 4.46 40-yard dash
🔥 4.22 Shuttle
🔥 33.2” Vertical
🔥 9’8” Broad Jump

Those aren’t just baseball numbers.

Those are SEC football numbers.

How many athletes in America are capable of being one of the nation’s top baseball prospects while testing like a Power 4 football recruit?

Not many.

The athleticism is undeniable.
The competitiveness is undeniable.
The numbers are undeniable.

LSU Baseball got a superstar.

Maybe LSU Football should take a look too. 👀🐯
