Last week I took a day trip over to the quaint town of Frome to visit my friend @fiunderhill and her wonderful shop @gr.ou.nd. Here are some photos from that meetup 🌞

Today we’re getting all creative. You might make some assumptions that creativity is for our kids or that’s it’s indulgent. It might be something that you left behind at school when a mean art teacher judged your drawings or that you now only use to make pretty pictures on social media.

But creativity can offer us many wellbeing benefits from regulating our nervous systems, reconnecting with ourselves, and reminding us that we’re allowed to make mistakes.

Creativity can be part of everyday life, not something reserved for weekends or special occasions. And in Frome it’s in the windows, the workshops, and the sense that people are making things because they want to, not because they have to.
