final nationals!!

I truly cannot believe this was my final time on the UDA nationals stage! From stepping out there for the first time in high school to now stepping off the floor for the very last time. I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am for all of these experiences and memories made.

So incredibly grateful to have spent the last four years on this team! This team truly means the world to me, and I’m so incredibly proud of everything we have achieved over these past four years and how much we’ve grown together.

To my coaches past and present, thank you for pushing me to be the best I could be. Thank you for believing in me, challenging me, and helping me grow not only as a athlete, but as a person. I am so grateful for your support, guidance, and all the lessons I will carry with me far beyond my time dancing.

To my family and friends, thank you for supporting me every step of the way. Thank you for always being there, for cheering me on, and for believing in me no matter what. I truly could not have done this without you.

i could not have asked for a better weekend to finish off my dance career! i feel unbelievably lucky to have had such a special senior season and an unforgettable past four years dancing with my blugolds.

warning ahead for long post because i can’t help but shout my love for these girls from the rooftops.

to the @uwecdanceteam thank you. you have turned my love and passion for dance into something that i will forever cherish. i am so grateful for this team and i still believe it is fate that brought me to them freshman year. my teammates and coaches are genuinely the best around and it was such a privilege to work with them all.

a special thanks to my go go girls. who have made this past year unmeasurably fun. i could not wait to go to practice every day and see what nonsense we could get up to. what a gift it was to dance with my best friends these past few months.

and finally (since this is already too long and sappy), to my parents who have supported me throughout all the challenges and joys of this sport. every performance of mine was always dedicated to you.

now that i feel like i just gave an unnecessary acceptance speech, junior out!!
