getting to return to my favorite place to lead both high schoolers and middle schoolers was the most healing and rewarding experience of my life💛 it is incredible to get to be a part of creating the joyful, safe, and God-centered space that my heart always sought at camp as a student, not to mention getting to do it alongside my favorite people.

it is a blessing to be part of building the Lord’s kingdom and to be with these people along the way, i will never stop being in awe of the work He does🫶

it’s crazy how fast time goes. it feels like just yesterday i was coming to camp as a student, looking up to the leaders and making memories i’ll never forget. now, i get to come back as a leader, and it’s been such a rewarding experience.

getting to encourage students, watch friendships grow, and hopefully make camp as meaningful for them as it was for me has been something i’ll always be grateful for. this week reminded me that leadership is about serving others, showing up, and making people feel seen.

so thankful for everyone who made this week so special. from being a student to becoming a leader what a beautiful moment. thank you cedar creek students for unforgettable connections with people who have changed my life for the best. 🤍
