🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day from Pinnacle Training Academy.

Today we celebrate the freedom to dream bigger, work harder, and pursue excellence.

At Pinnacle Training Academy, we believe greatness isn’t built on holidays alone—it’s built through the small decisions you make every single day. Every rep. Every sprint. Every challenge. Every opportunity to improve.

To our athletes, families, coaches, and community—thank you for trusting us to be a part of your journey.

As we celebrate our nation’s independence, we’re reminded that the freedom to chase your potential is a privilege. Honor it by giving your best—not just today, but every day.

Because at Pinnacle Training Academy… every day we reach for the top. ⛰️

Have a safe, happy, and healthy Fourth of July!

High pin squats benefit swimmers by eliminating the stretch reflex, which trains explosive leg power and starting strength. This translates directly to more forceful dive starts and wall push-offs. Additionally, the lift forces you to maintain strict core stability under heavy loads, which keeps your body aligned during streamlined swimming.
