Pearler day spent at @braybrookebeer 💛🍻

Restaurant St. Bart's - the only place in London with both Michelin star and Michelin green star with a gorgeous backdrop of the medieval church of St Bartholomew the Great. 🌟 🌱

Hadn't been since it opened 3 years ago - everything has just gone up in so many ways. From the seasonal dishes by @johnniecrowefood, decor and experience.

Everything is minimal waste concept with whole carcasses being used and sourcing all British produce.

Head of Wine @grace___hi has a tight but perfect list with clear sustainable focus - everything you want was on it and just like baby bear say it was "just right". Very harmonious pairings - standouts were:

🌟 @nikolaihofwachau with the Crab and Horseradish - the hints of white pepper from the Gruner just offset the horseradish perfectly.

🌟 @brannlandiscider with the cheese plate

🌟 @adrien_renoir ratafia with the black koji and artichoke (it's emulates chocolate so a lot of development must have gone into creating the flavours from British ingredients 🤯)

👉 For collectors, they do allow corkage - my @domaineleflaive 2014 Puligny Combette still a baby. It unfurled over the courses and time though for those that will be opening for a full table I suggest letting it breathe a bit before serving.

Food and wine lovers alike - a wonderful experience. ✨

The level of skill and knowledge on display was truly inspiring. Now, we wait! Wishing all our candidates the very best of luck as the results are being tallied. 🤞✨

We’re incredibly proud to share that we have retained both our Michelin Star and our Michelin Green Star!

To hold both is something we don’t take lightly and to be the only restaurant in the capital to do so makes it even more meaningful. This recognition belongs entirely to our extraordinary team, the producers who grow, rear and craft with such care, and the guests who return time and again and truly understand what we’re trying to do.

Thank you for believing in the vision. We’re buzzing for the year ahead and excited to keep pushing, refining and learning. It genuinely feels like we’re only at the beginning of our journey.

Huge huge congratulations to everyone awarded and recognised this week and to the many many others across this brilliant, demanding industry whose passion and hard work absolutely equally deserve the same plaudits!
