A cord of three strands is not easily broken. I always heard that and knew what it meant, but I’d never known what it was like to feel it working in my life until I met Jacob. The weight never made sense to me, until now. Not only was I lucky enough to have met the love of my life so early, but I’m blessed enough to make a covenant with eternal security in mind. Everyone always says to the newlyweds “you’re going to do great things,” and boy am I excited. What a joy it will be to go through this thing called life with the power of a Father at my back, the security of a knight at my side, and the comfort of a group of priceless friends all around us. The Lord is so good, now time for the fun of dreaming of what we’ll do together.

And just like that, 13 years of competitive swimming has come to an end… what a bittersweet journey it’s been. Thank you @oc.swim for giving me lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories, and a place that truly became my home away from home these last 4 years.

Thank you to my family, coaches, teammates, and friends for always believing in me, pushing me to be my best, and standing by my side through every high and low throughout this journey. These memories and relationships will stay with me forever. ❤️

And a huge congratulations to the Class of ’26 —
WE DID IT!! 🤍🏊‍♀️
