Grace is one of those rare, remarkable people who leaves an impact in just a moment’s time.

She is an 11 on a scale of 10—intelligent, kind, generous, humble, hardworking, beautiful, and grounded in integrity.

She brings light and energy into every room. She has added so much value during her time as our intern, but even more than that, she has gained a group of lifelong admirers and cheerleaders.

Today, Grace beautifully wraps up her role with our team as she heads to the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota to pursue a degree in finance.

I am so proud of everything she accomplished here, but I am even more proud of the person she is. I am excited to watch her incredibly bright future unfold—and so sad I won’t get to have her in my daily life.

Grace, you are deeply loved. I am praying that God goes before you, makes a way for you, and leads you fully into the purpose and potential He has placed within you.

We will always be cheering you on. 🤍

🩸 WE NEED YOU!

This Monday, August 24, Memorial Blood Centers will be in the Molly Nadeau Mortgage Team parking lot—and our goal is to fill every single appointment.

There’s a national blood shortage, and one donation can help save multiple lives. You’ll also be supporting Grace and the community project she’s leading during her internship with us. A zillion good reasons to show up. ❤️

Sign up here, then bring someone with you:

Is tipping culture getting out of hand? 😅
We had opinions...

But the bigger conversation isn’t really about coffee—it’s about being more intentional with your money.💵

It’s learning when to say yes, when to say no, and making your money work for you instead of spending it on autopilot.

Still taking a moment to soak this one in. 🥰

I’m incredibly grateful to have finished June as the top producer in our region, but if there’s one thing this business has taught me, it’s that no one does this alone.

Every family who trusted me with their home financing, every Realtor who continues to send clients my way, every member of my team who works behind the scenes, and every person who has encouraged me along the way—you are the reason this is possible.

Recognition is exciting, but the real reward is getting to help people through one of the biggest moments of their lives and doing it alongside people I genuinely enjoy working with.

Thank you for your trust, your referrals, your support, and your belief in me. I don’t take any of it for granted.

Here’s to helping even more families home. 🤍

That $9 coffee isn’t costing you $9.
It’s costing Future You.

I know, I know. Nobody wants another financial lecture while holding an iced caramel whatever. ☕️

But here’s the math nobody talks about:
It’s not about the money being gone when you spend it.
It’s about the opportunity being gone. 👋🏼

A $10 purchase today could be worth $100+ down the road if invested and given time to grow.

That’s what makes frivolous spending so sneaky.
It’s rarely the one purchase.
It’s the hundreds of little decisions we never question.

And no, this isn’t me telling you to never buy coffee.☕️

It’s me asking:
If Future You was standing next to you at the register, would they approve the purchase?

Mine wouldn’t have approved all those Stanley cups. 😏

What is one thing you’ve spent money on that you wish you’d invested instead? 💭
