Grace is here!!!!!

Meet our newest trainer at PVOLVE Victoria. Hilarious, smart, and obsessed with making your workout both brutal and fun.
Grace is currently working her way through a Master’s in Kinesiology, so you know your workout is in good hands.

A couple of her signature cues: “when in doubt squeeze everything” and “if you want to be a baddie, you’ve got to get the other side.”

Her classes will leave you sweaty, smiling, and already planning your next one🫶🏼🙌🏻❤️

2025 really said family affair 💙
What an incredible year with our P.volve Victoria crew — stronger bodies, louder laughs, deeper connections. This isn’t just a studio… it’s a home, a hype squad, and a whole lot of love. So grateful for every rep, plank, and post-class chat.

Let’s keep moving together 🫶🏼 Here’s to 2️⃣ 0️⃣ 2️⃣ 6️⃣
