HAPPY NEW YEAR🥳 #2024

as we move into a new year i wanted to reflect on the incredible year that was 2023. it was a year to remember that’s for sure especially if you know these teams in the pictures😂 im forever grateful for every player and family that has allowed me to be their coach!! you have all impacted my life in such a positive way and solidified my passion for teaching youth basketball.

to my players, thank you for being such incredible kids!! you guys are my purpose. i appreciate every single one of you for buying into family over team. you all bought into the corny icebreakers i forced you to do in the beginning of the season, and created the most unique energy i’ve ever experienced with a basketball team. you all realized that the bond you form with one another will far outlast the wins and losses. i am beyond proud to have been your coach, and i love each and everyone of you!!!🩷🩷

and to the parents (the greatest supporters of all time), thank you for trusting me with your daughters & sons!! i could not have had the teams i did if it wasn’t for you. you created and raised such wonderful humans. thank you to each one of you for doing everything you could to make the tournament weekend’s ones they will forever remember. none of you get the credit you deserve, but please know everything you did never went unnoticed to me. whether it was buying the team food or organizing team dinner, taking multiple players to and from practices/tournaments, helping hold down the fort and stepping up to be their coach when i was running all over springfield (if you know you know😂), organizing/hosting team bonding events, and even just the words of encouragement and thanks you i would receive. everything each one of you did never for a second went unnoticed and i appreciate all of you just as much!!

@bbaswarm has something special and it’s because we aren’t just a team we’re a FAMILY🖤🤍

so thank you again to everyone. you all made this year something i will forever cherish!!
