Conferences, conferences… what is really the essence of attending one?

It is not just about showing up or snapping pictures. It is about learning, connecting, and leaving better than you came.

The BUAMS Scientific Conference, held from March 15th to 16th, 2026, was definitely one for the books.

From the powerful keynote insights by Prof John Sotunsa to the breakout sessions and hands-on workshops from Day 1, it was pure value from start to finish 🔥

Big shoutout to @_emmaco4real_ and the amazing organizing team @buamscsc for putting together such a well-executed and impactful conference.

2027 already has big shoes to fill 😌

This year has been a mess so far, but it is nothing compared to the joy and beauty ahead.

What words are enough? I’m grateful we are here, grateful I am here, as a woman and humbled to experience personally and indirectly the gift that is womanhood, sisterhood. Looking forward to the time when the world is kinder, and equitable to women and will always be on the side working to make that happen.

To my women, to all women, Happy International Women’s Day.

Matthew 6:10 – Your Kingdom Come, Your Will Be Done 🙏🏾

This year, we’re sitting with these words. Letting them shape us. Stretch us. Call us deeper.

But what does it really mean to pray, “Your kingdom come, Your will be done”? To not just say it, but live it—when it’s clear and when it’s not? When it’s easy and when it costs everything?

We asked our Core Team to reflect on this, and in this video, you’ll see their responses—🔥 thought-provoking, heart-stirring words that make you pause and reflect.

What does Matthew 6:10 mean to you? Drop your thoughts in the comments.

Called Out Live in Lagos: Still in recovery.

I praised, prayed, worshipped, and fellowshipped. It was a truly beautiful time and I was incredibly moved when “Warm Embrace” was sung as the final song. It felt like a gift, the song that introduced me to @calledoutmusic and helped me during a dark time that was 2020 whilst introducing me to Christian artistes in a genre I enjoyed

The show openers also brought the spirit! Ellie Scotte is missing in the carousel and it hurts so much chale! How did I delete it?? THE MCCC !!!

I also got to see 90 percent of the prayer group girlies! The excitement was palpable as you can see lol. Grateful to have been able to experience all that that day was. To more.
