Watching Grace do pull-ups made me realize something.

Of course I’m proud that she’s physically strong. (Those pull-ups are pretty freaking impressive. 😂)

But what makes me even prouder is the strength you can’t see.

The way she believes she’s capable.
The way she trusts herself.
The way she’s willing to try hard things.

As her mom, that’s always been my hope. 🙏🏻

Not because I’ve done everything right.
But because I’ve spent years working on myself too.

Learning to become stronger physically and mentally.
Learning to speak kinder to myself.
Learning to keep promises to myself.

I think one of the greatest gifts we can give our daughters is letting them watch us keep growing.

If you need a reason to keep showing up for yourself...
