Always wanted to give strongman training ago but have no idea where to start or where to even train?

Why not come along and give our beginner strongman class a go!?

Our coach @gracefacelifts is a very knowledgeable strongman competitor and an amazing coach. She makes strongman accessible to people who have never lifted weights before and gets them lifting heavier than they thought was possible!

Our classes are small and intimate, making sure you get the support you need to progress and you never feel like you’ve just been left to figure it out on your own.

The beginner strongman class runs 1x per week on Friday 7pm-8pm.

If this is something you’d love to have a go at DM us the word “CLASS” and we’ll hook you up with a trial session!

Client Diaries — Episode 3: Grace 🎥✨

Grace has been training with me since 2019, and her journey is nothing short of incredible. She went from being just a runner to stepping into the weight room, building serious strength, competing in a strongman competition, and now… becoming a PT herself to help other women feel strong and capable. 💛

Watching her growth — physically, mentally, and personally — has been one of the biggest joys of my coaching career. She’s proof of what consistency, courage, and the right support can do.

🌟 Grace Face Lifts 🌟 - Here is the branding I have created for a new venture that I’m working hard behind the scenes towards. I’m not stopping illustrating…I just clearly don’t want any free time! So I’m currently studying to get my qualifications to become a Personal Trainer. Many of you will have seen my gym progress and passion for strength training over the years and I want to pass that love on to others, both online and in person and to also represent that anyone can move their body and be strong. Wish me luck! The branding for this was incredibly fun to design! I wanted to keep my illustration personality but adapt it for an older audience. It needed to also represent my style of coaching which will be positive and fun. What do you think of the branding, do you think I achieved my brief? And yes, there will 100% be merch when I’m fully qualified! #branding #brandinginspiration #illustration #illustrator #illustrations #illustrationofinstagram #illustration_art #illustrationnow #illustrationartist #gym #personaltrainer #personaltraining #coaching #strengthtraining #strengthtrainingforwomen #design #graphicdesign #lettering #typography #handdrawntype #gymrat #strongbodieskindhearts #smallbusiness #norwich #norfolk #art #artwork #artist
