🚨 IT’S FINALLY HERE! 🚨
After a month-long delay thanks to some unexpected technology issues behind the scenes, I’m so excited to officially launch The Art of Not Spiraling!

This course has been a true labor of love, and while the launch didn’t happen on the timeline I originally planned, I’m grateful to finally share it with you.

The Art of Not Spiraling is designed to help you take control of your mental health with practical, proven coping skills you can use in everyday life. If you’ve ever found yourself trapped in depression, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, worst-case-scenario thinking, etc., this course is for you.

To celebrate the launch, the first 20 people to enroll can use code LAUNCH for 30% off.

🎉 Enrollment is now open at the link in my bio!

I’ve spent a LOT of money on therapy and mental illness treatment… and instead of gatekeeping what I learned, I turned it into something YOU can use.
My online course The Art of Not Spiraling officially launches May 11 for Mental Health Awareness Month 🤍
This is everything I wish I had earlier: a playbook for how to manage emotions before they take over and what to do when you’re already in a full spiral.
I’m NOT a professional. I’m just someone who’s been in it (still in it half the time) and figured out what actually helps in real life.
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, reactive, or like your emotions run the show, this is for you.
More details coming soon💙

In 2024, the Fazendin Realtors Foundation donated $5,000 to Tubman, a local organization who provides resources to individuals and families experiencing relationship violence, homelessness, trafficking, mental and chemical health challenges, and other forms of trauma.

Last year, they helped over 18,000 people in the greater Twin Cities area get support. The grant from the Foundation supports Tubman’s shelter and housing programs, allowing them to continue providing services to thousands of people who need them.

The Fazendin Realtors Foundation is a proud supporter of Edith's House.

We were fortunate to have Edith Perlin, the Founder and Executive Director of Edith's House, attend our Monday morning business meeting. She shared her personal story, the why behind her organization, and the mission and plans for the future of Edith's House.

Since it was founded in 2019, Edith's House has housed 240 people experiencing chronic homelessness. With a person centered approach, Edith personally mentors and coordinates the case management of people in situations she understands through her own experience. She is committed to educating and activating the community in order to raise empathy for people experiencing homelessness.

Visit their website (www.edithshouse.org) to learn more and support Edith's House.

This morning, we welcomed Michael from @myveryownbed into our office. A recent recipient of a grant from the Fazendin Realtors Foundation, Michael shared with us the why and the mission behind the amazing organization he founded in 2014..

Since the beginning, My Very Own Bed had one goal: to provide new beds to children moving into stable housing. By 2023, they’ve provided more than 7,000 beds and Dream Kits to children ages 2-17 in the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs.

A Dream Kit is a set of sheets, blanket, pillow, mattress pad, stuffed animal, and a book. For the children who might otherwise go without such items, the impact of these kits is immediate; improving where and how children sleep improves their overall health and well-being.

The $3,000 donation from the Fazendin Realtors Foundation - made possible by the generosity of our real estate agents, staff, and clients (THANK YOU!) will provide 10 children in the Twin Cities Metro with a new bed and Dream Kit.

If you wish to help My Very Own Bed with their mission, either by making a donation or volunteering, we encourage you to visit www.myveryownbed.org to learn how you can help!

Thank you so much to all of our agents and staff who participated in our 2023 Wreath Party! Our agents generously gave out more than 300 wreaths to their visiting clients.

And, we are beyond grateful for the united efforts of our agents, staff, clients, friends, family, and neighbors for having gathered over 4,000lbs of non-perishables for the Northpoint Community Food Shelf!

Our #HolidayDrive goes through Dec. 8th. If you'd like to make a contribution, please drop off your non-perishable items at our office, open 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Fazendin Realtors will be matching all contributions, pound for pound!

Thank you and Happy Holidays!
