Seafood lovers showed up and showed out to ‘Look for the Labels’ this weekend in So Cal! 🌴 🐟

To cap our month-long promotion of certified seafood across LA’s @erewhon, @asc.usa and @mscbluefish popped up at the new Glendale store’s first wellness event to talk all things farming and fishing. 🌎 From engaging conversations on environmental sustainability and ocean health, to flavor-packed tastings and giveaways, Erewhon shoppers shared their curiosity and passion for ASC and MSC labeled seafood!

The good news? It doesn’t end here! Find seafood that’s been certified by ASC and MSC year-round at Erewhon – with more new products landing this month! It’s seafood to enjoy, with labels you can trust.

A huge thanks to our amazing ASC and MSC partners for their commitment to collaboration and certification. Together we can do more 💙

Sunday’s Spring Reform(er) Re-Set🌸

Season Of’s second (sold out) Pilates Studio Takeover. We partnered with @speirpilates & @empressmatcha to host two meaningful reformer pilates classes on Easter Sunday.

Spring symbolizes renewal, balance, and new beginnings offering a mental health shift toward energy, optimism, and fresh starts after winter.

As daylight increases, this was a perfect opportunity to curate an environment to rise serotonin levels for mood improvement and alleviate seasonal depression, offering a “natural antidepressant” effect.

Pilates for balance 🧘🏽‍♀️
Matcha for mood-boosting 🍵
Season Of for curating new environments, bringing together new experiences with new community 🫂

‘tis the Season Of spring🌱

Spectator Sport Mascara is the final touch. @gracefullydeckonti knows.

Allure’s Best Waterproof Mascara of 2023 and 2024 🏆 for a reason: its weightless feel, clump-free build, and ability to stay put through everything. Workouts, weather, even weeping? It passed. ✔️

Ready to see the results? 📸🤭

Can you believe I met these incredible women that day? 😮

The social media world can feel intimidating, especially when you’ve battled self-doubt, body image struggles, eating disorders, and skin issues. 🤪

A few years ago, when my eczema flared up from head to toe, I shut myself off from so many opportunities because I didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin. 😔

Fast forward to today, and meeting these empowering women fills my heart with so much joy as I reflect on how far I’ve come! 🥹

These ladies motivate me to continue showing up as my true self! 💁🏻‍♀️💫

This is what women supporting women looks like! 💕

A huge thank you to @ekouaerofficial for bringing us together to create care packages for those affected by the LA fires. 🙏🏼

Grateful for this experience and all the love. 🥰

Love,
Coach Michelle 🤍

Find your circle sis 💗🫂 the journey as a creative isn’t an easy one. God calls us to have community and it’s not an option as believers - it’s a necessity. We are not meant to do life alone, so when you find people who are real, you hold on.

Congratulations @ekouaerofficial on 10 years of making the cutest and silkiest pj’s ever 💞 and inviting me for this special moment 🌿
