I was raised in the church, baptized, and saved multiple times as a child. But today is different, today is personal. Life has brought its share of ups and downs, trials and tribulations, yet through it all, God has never left my side.

Growing up, my mom made sure I knew who God was, but it wasn’t until I truly experienced Him in my adult life that I understood His power, His love, and His grace. I owe Him all the praise and glory for carrying me this far.

Today, I rededicated my life to Christ. I made a commitment to walk in obedience, to move with Him, and to be a reflection of His light. God, I’m on whatever You’re on!

I’m beyond grateful for those who have stood by me on this journey, and I want to thank @blueprintchurchhtx for an unforgettable experience. Now, everyone sit back and watch my God work!

“We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.” Romans 6:4

After having three kids and years of eating without understanding the impact of nutrition on my body, I found myself nearing the 200 lbs mark. That was my wake up call. I decided to take control of my fitness journey, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, well besides locn’ my hair (but that’s a story for another day!).

I want to encourage you to prioritize your health. Get up, move your body, eat food that truly nourishes you, drink plenty of water, and focus on your own journey. When you do this, you’ll be amazed at how everything else falls into place.

As we enter 2025, I’ve committed to staying disciplined by joining the @gymshark 66 challenge. Over the next 66 days, I’ll focus on:
1. Drinking more water.
2. Eating foods that benefit my body.
3. Surrounding myself with like-minded, positive people.

Most importantly, I’ll keep my goals in mind and stay focused. This challenge is about evolving and improving my mind, body, and soul. I encourage you to join me on this journey.

Let’s go, 2025! I’m excited for what’s ahead.
