✨ 2024 ✨

Not the year I had planned.

It was filled with highs and lows.

Qualifying for my 4th Games but not being selected broke me.

However I got to go the games with @tiktok_uk & @virtus.sport which was an amazing experience seeing it from the other side watching my team mates do incredible.

I got to do the open water for the first time I won my age group at regionals made it to nationals and then progressed to the World Cup were I came 2nd but it was the most the most relaxed I’ve been at a competition in a long time.

Got to give talks at some amazing conferences & schools.

I’ve met some incredible people through my live streaming on TikTok.

Got to spend time with my family.

I truly believe things in life happen for a reason.

I can’t thank my friends, family and you guys for getting me through this year.

British Champs 💙🩵

What a week it was,
I swam the fastest I’ve swam since before Covid in some of my races and the fastest I’ve swam at a trials in a long time I am very proud of myself and my swims.
I’m never very well over winter battling with illness and colds so to be swimming some times I’ve not hit for 5 years in April is very good for me, it excites me for what I might be able to do in the summer with a good training block behind me.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to each and everyone of you that has supported me over the years

Lots of Love
Jess
