Career Exploration Coaching: I ❤️ the work that I get to do helping individuals learn more about their natural abilities and to see them gain confidence in their career decision making!

I recently got to help Grace, a recent college grad who double majored and has a clear direction in the field of Social Work. But she was looking for more direction on what types of jobs she can find with her Bachelors degree before pursuing her Masters.

The Highlands Ability Battery was just what she needed, as gave her PERSONALIZED matches to multiple occupations based on her abilities, but also links to O*Net online (the Bureau of Labor Statistics database of occupations). Now she has a great starting point for job searching and reading job postings to see what additional qualifications she may need for future steps as well.

Connect with me today for a free 30-minute consultation. As college classes start up, it’s a great time to give your young adult additional assistance for their future career goals.
