The new Lake Minnetonka cottage from @gracehilldesign captures the magic of a true family escape. Thoughtfully layered with coastal nods and livable elegance, it’s a home designed as much for gathering as it is for unwinding.

If 2026 is anything like 2016, we may start seeing designs like this again.

Coastal-inspired homes, filled with light and layered with thoughtful pops of color, have a way of feeling effortlessly happy, then and now.

For us, this style has always been timeless. Because when a home is designed with intention, it never follows trends. It quietly outlasts them.
