As I told folks, I was running on Redbull and ibuprofen. 😵‍💫 I just wrapped up a six day sprint of multiple daily events, films, and/or speaking engagements. I’m exhausted, but my cup is full. Now please excuse me while I sleep for the next three days because I’m dehydrated, my skin hurts, and my social battery is at -50. Happy TDOV babes. 💖 Thank you for your support and kindness.

The race for USG Disability Constituency Senator is on! We'll post more information about voting eligibility and the election soon. A photo of Grace Nelson, a White feminine person with brown hair, in formal clothes sitting in their power wheelchair. Around her head, it says: "Grace Nelson: Undergraduate

Please join us in giving a huge welcome to Grace Nelson, our new Vice President of College and Young Democrats of Iowa! Grace brings fresh energy, deep commitment, and a passion for organizing that will help carry our chapter forward as we continue building a movement rooted in justice, care, and collective power. We are so excited to grow alongside her and see the vision she brings into this role.

At the same time, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to our former VP, Holly, whose dedication and leadership have left a lasting impact on this chapter. Holly has stepped away to pour her full energy into other Democratic organizations, and we couldn’t be more proud of her continued commitment to the work. We wish her nothing but success and strength in all that’s ahead.

Thank you, Holly, for everything you’ve given—and welcome, Grace. The future is bright.
