POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I’m releasing my first cover! “Hit Me With Your Best Shot” will be out next Friday 10/30 👊🤠

I was making a few “Jeff” versions of some classic rock songs that are in the @concordrecords catalog and this one just kinda stuck with me. I recorded it all in one night and feel like I tapped into something special, I can’t wait to share it with you! Thank you @benatargiraldo for this anthemic song and for the opportunity to reimagine it!

Today, we’re highlighting two fabulous female producers in the camp: @ally.ritch and @gracepellee ! 💃🎚️

As an artist and writer at heart, and a self-taught producer and mix engineer, Ally Ritch wears multiple hats. Over the years of learning to self-produce for her own project, she fell in love with bringing the sound of other artists to life. In the past two years, she has settled into her multi-hyphenate persona as she’s cowritten, produced, and mix engineered multiple songs for others, including an upcoming six-song EP for the pop artist, Herine. Ally Ritch has a passion for fostering a collaborative environment where artists can be the most natural version of themselves and make music that reflects that. She is excited for what the future holds with her own artist project and continuing to collaborate with others in songwriting and production.

Grace Pelle is a Nashville-based artist, producer, and songwriter known for her cinematic pop sound and immersive storytelling. Blending larger-than-life instrumentation, M83-inspired synths with her intimate, unique vocals, she creates music that feels both expansive and deeply personal—transforming mental health struggles, growing pains, and curiosity into music that is nostalgic, healing, and honest. A lifelong songwriter turned hands-on producer and artist, Grace shapes every layer of her sound. She is the first female producer signed to Tinman Entertainment under Sam Tinnesz and recently signed with sync licensing company Champagne Breakfast. She is developing a catalogue currently being pitched to TV and Film, including her “Don’t Forget The Kid” EP, rolling out through this summer in 2026. She also co-founded and now leads “Girls Who Write”, a community uplifting women in music with quarterly events and guest speakers at renown studios in Nashville. Grace just recently landed a few placements on Netflix’s “Love Is Blind”, has partnered with audio companies such as ADAM Audio, Focusrite & Shure, and continues to grow as an influential and empowering creative, shaping both the sound and culture of the modern music landscape.

“If I Was Honest” is officially yours 🦋

This song feels different to release.

I wrote it at a point where I was tired of worrying about what I should write, what people wanted to hear, or who I was supposed to be. So I stopped trying to be perfect and started trying to be more honest with myself.

And somehow, a song that started with me being honest with myself became one I hope makes someone else feel a little more understood.

It’s a little scary, putting something this honest into the world, but I think that’s exactly why I’m so excited for you all to go listen to it.

I’m so incredibly proud of this one and so grateful to the people who helped bring it to life.

Mix & Master: @gracepellee
Photographer: @jordannmediaa

I hope you hear a little bit of yourself in it. Now out wherever you stream music.

We had a blast hosting @507publishing and the @scl_nashville for our @writesnbitessongs daytime camp!

Two days of songwriting, connection, friendship, and fun. Thank you to the talented songwriters and producers who came out, and a special thank you to 507 Publishing and the Society of Composers and Lyricists for the briefs.

"There's still a competitive edge, like people never think there's enough room at the table." Grace said that, and I think most of us have felt it.

She built a group called Girls Who Write anyway. Started as production classes, actionable stuff, something accessible so people didn't have to figure it out totally alone.

Giving your time and everything you've learned so someone else gets there a couple steps quicker, that's basically what having someone in your corner is for too.
👇Comment 'COACH' and I'll get you paired with someone to help you get there quicker

Grace wrote her entire EP alone, most of it around 1 and 2 in the morning.

"I don't know how much longer I can do this whole no sleep thing. It's gonna catch up to me." Half joking. Kind of.

We get into the real cost of building it all yourself in this week's episode.

NEW MUSIC MONDAY 🎧⚡️

@emigrace on the cover this week, and we’re leaning into LIVE. if you have live shots, stage pics, crowd moments… send them our way. we want to see artists doing what they do best.

also, someone recently asked us not to include them on New Music Monday because it’s mixed genre and we were like… really? 😭

we love mixed genre. indie, pop, alt, rock, r&b, hip-hop, electronic, whatever else you’re making. pretty sure there isn’t a genre we don’t listen to over here.

keep the submissions coming. we genuinely love hearing what everyone is making.

and if you’re a fan watching all of this, tell us who you are 👀 we’ve got a festival ticket giveaway coming and you’re going to want in.

swipe through this week’s picks. 🖤

📸cover photo by @emxriii thank you! ❤️

"I just felt so many emotions." Grace was getting panic attacks at eleven years old. No trauma, no explanation, just intensity that had nowhere to go.

Then she found singing, writing, producing. Not a hobby. The one thing that gave all that feeling somewhere to land.

Sometimes the thing you can't turn off is the thing you're supposed to be doing.

New episode is up this week.

I’ll be honest, one of the best moments in my life has been seeing the support from my close friends and family on my new album release. For all those tagged in this video is a special thank you because this project wouldn’t have been possible without your friendship, inspiration and outlook towards life.

Thank you to all of the creatives that helped me work on this album as well. To all of those who pushed me to show more of my personality online period to my friends that still stream my music in public settings while I’m there: I may feel offered in the moment, but I really appreciate it.

Everyone I couldn’t tag:

Grace didn't know how intimidating producing would be when she started. Which is exactly why she started.

"If I knew how much time it would take, I'm glad I didn't know anything. I just opened it up." One slider in Garage Band, no idea what she was walking into.

Four percent of producers are women. She's one of them now.

New episode is up this week.
