🔥🔥🔥PROVIDENCE DOES CONNECTICUT!!!!!🔥🔥🔥
EGG PUNK/GARAGE ROCK🤝🏽EMO/POST/HXC/PUNK
A SUNDAY FUNDAY TO TRULY REDEFINE THE TERM
💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥☕️😎

You've heard split records, but are you a bad ebough mf to go to a SPLIT SHOW?!??!?!!?!??!?!!!??!? Two of Providence(the Hartford of Rhode Island)'s HOTTEST bands, Garage rockers and egg punk survivalists @babymuffler and emotional hardcore extraordinaires @pbofmusic are Akira-sliding their way around New England next month, and they both happened to need a Connecticut stop on the exact same day! What started as a simple mixed bill has grown into a big, beautiful two-headed ROCK 'N' ROLL EXTRAVAGANZA!!!!!

That's right baby, two shows in one!!! Pick one of two segments that appeals more to your personal taste (or your personal bedtime), or for five dollars more, stick around for the whole friggin' thing and immerse yourself in a whirlwind of some of the most exciting rock music being made today!!! It's truly a star-studded cast we got for this thing: we got hot new rock sensations @thebangsdomusic and @avoidants__ct on the garage/egg side of things, and for part 2's Fast Shit Showcase™️, we got absolute rippers @pointradar_ct and @cryhavoc_band to make sure you rock all the adrenaline outta yer system, and that when you finally get in yer jammies you're sleepin' GOOD!!!👌🏽😴

Pull up and slam, have some coffee, a mocktail, a pastry. Hug your friends, tell 'em how much they mean to you, and then run headfirst into them at top speed. Time for Sunday service at Meriden, CT's temple of rock, @gracesplacect 🤘🏽🙏🏽☕️

🔥📼🔥BURNT TAPES FROM THE UK🔥📼🔥
COMIN' TO MERIDEN, CT TO PARTY HARD AS HELL
🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸

THIS one's NUTS. London-based emo rockers @burnttapesmusic are slated to play Fest in Florida, and they're boogiein' allllllll the way down the East coast about it! We have the honor and distinct pleasure of being their Connecticut tour stop, so you KNOW we had to put together an ABSOLUTE BANGER for 'em!!!

Lucky attendees can expect SMOKIN' HOT SETS from @jecketyjeck (played with em at Live!Art!Fest! they're sick as hell), @broken_modem.exe (MA rockers, first show!!!) , @second.opinion.band (last gig for a while, DO NOT MISS THIS BAND) and @jakecustertunes (warbly solo electric guitar singer-songwriter, very much in the vein of Mac Demarco, THIS GUY SMOKES)

Bands from other states, bands from other COUNTRIES, bands from right here at home!!! This one's gonna be a shredfest supreme; grab your friends, load up your mom's Taurus wagon, and get ready to SLAM ALL NIGHT💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽

🔥🔥🔥THURSDAY NIGHT FOLK THROWDOWN @ GRACE'S PLACE🔥🔥🔥
PULL UP AT 6:30 PM AND JAM 'TILL THE CHICKENS
🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔

The legend @frank.critelli has assembled yet another CLASSIC banger for all you folk fans out there!!! If there's one thing I know this town can do, it's sling a MEAN acoustic guitar, and this little number's gonna have that signature magic in SPADES!!!🎸🎸🎸

We got @bidneyrobert blowin' into town from the Sunshine State to share his toe-tappin' tunes with the good people of Connecticut! To welcome him to the land of pizza and women's basketball, we got returning heavyweight champion of rock @brucetcarrollmusic and Grace's Place's very own house band, singing sibling dynamos @cessaandthezach !!!

Pull up around 6PM to give yourself time to grab a cozy beverage and a comfy chair, rockin' starts at 6:30!!! Don't miss this one; when Bob and Marv are talkin' about it Friday morning at the water cooler, you, a hip, tuned-in and switched-on person will be able to say, "ahhhh, yes, BUT OF COURSE!!!" because you were THERE, sippin' a cappuccino and snappin' your fingers☕️😎🤙🏽

Hey, man, what can I say? This was a good night...

Working on new material lately has my head in a weird/good place. On one hand, it's that excitement that I've always loved about songwriting. It's the rush of learning and adapting it to the audience.
It's processing the weight of each new piece's background.

Playing @gracesplacect (10/3) was a perfect space to try these new songs. It felt less like a workshop and more like a play pen. @eleshnornbarbie , thank you for having me on this night, I was really glad fill in and be part of this show.

@jessnicferrara played her first show this night but she brought a good energy and a beautiful voice that moved like water. Can't wait to see where you go next, my friend :))

@radiodonta - They're Radiodonta and I love them... If you haven't seen this group, you should. There's always an emotional element that builds out this band's depth.

Thank you to all of you for making this bill special, thank you to the audience for being wonderful... It's always nice to see new songs pan out and to have the things stuck in my head spill out.

Appreciate y'all, love always,
Margot
