Vingt-neuf. 🇫🇷🍰

The older I get, the more I realize I love celebrating my birthday because it’s the one time of the year I get to spend time with my favourite people all in one room!!!! 🥹

This year, I wanted to celebrate a little differently by giving back to a cause close to my heart. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the @cmhawecb as part of my @missuniversecanada humanitarian project. Celebrating another year while giving back made this birthday one I’ll never forget.

Mon coeur est rempli. Merci infiniment. ❤️

2025 — a year in review 🖤 (better late than never)

This year was full of growth, laughter, firsts, travel, friendship, and learning how to live a little softer.

It was a year of meaningful milestones: stepping into a new leadership role while continuing full-time clinical work, speaking publicly, advocating for work that truly matters to me, and learning how to balance ambition with presence.

There was movement, creativity, and adventure woven throughout: traveling near and far, discovering new places and returning to familiar ones, unplugging, island hopping, learning how to scuba dive, and my first time being on set for a movie (still can’t share this one yet 🤫). Along the way, there were weddings, birthdays, concerts, cottage weekends, girls’ trips, family time, and quiet moments that reminded me how much joy lives in the in-between.

More than anything, this year brought me back to myself. To collecting experiences over things. To laughing more, dancing more, and playing more. To surrounding myself with people who fill my cup and choosing presence over noise. Somewhere in that simplicity, I found my magic and sparkle again who I am when I’m grounded, curious, and living honestly. Childhood me.

Grateful for every chapter, every lesson, and every person who made this year feel full.

Looking ahead to what’s in store for 2026 ✨
