🥋❤️ Jiu-Jitsu taught me that being a woman doesn’t mean being weak. 💪 I may feel scared, but I show up anyway. A strong woman isn’t fearless… she learns how to fight through the fear. 🔥

Ladies, if you’ve ever wanted to try Jiu-Jitsu but felt nervous or intimidated, this is your sign! 🥹💕 Come give it a try, step out of your comfort zone, and discover just how strong you really are. You don’t have to be strong to start… you just have to be willing to try. We all start somewhere! 🥋✨💗

Mid‑week and already stacked with great training. Covered @ryanhontz1 positional sparring class last night, then hit the Wednesday 6am class to show open guard, space control, and guard retention concepts. Roll through tonight and get that sweet NoGi action at 6:30pm. See you on the mats! 🙌

Great day of competition at the @freestylegrapplerz tournament! It was a lot of fun to coach it up with the powerful @szilardbitay1234 Both @henryinspanish_ & @hunterzarin10 medaled 🥇and 🥈respectively! It was a strong showing for both grapplers! @unclecoachkevinbjj would be proud! I’m always happy to help coach teammates and friends!! Fun day and I recommend checking this tournament out if you get the chance!

Another double duty Wednesday @gracie_trinity_bjj . 6am in the Gi and 6:30pm NoGi. I love leading training and sharing a decade plus of experience with the class. This week we continued with technical mount attacks followed my some hard sparring in both classes.

Leading training on Tuesday! It’s going to be a busy week of jiujitsu. I think I am leading at least three of the main classes! Always happy to run the show when called upon. This week is dedicated to technical mount transitions and submissions! Join me tomorrow night for some of that sweet sweet NoGi action! See you there!
