Happy National Coaches Day to the people who give so much of themselves to our team! ❤️💛
We are so grateful for the countless hours, behind the scenes work, and sacrifices you make from your own lives to help us become better every single day. Thank you for pushing us, believing in us, and caring about each of us both on and off the floor.

We wouldn’t be the team we are without you! Happy National Coaches Day to our amazing coaches and all coaches today! 🫶🏼✨

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month so let’s kick it off with: FEEL ON THE FIRST 🎗️

On the 1st of every month, we’re reminding you to check in — with yourself. Self breast exams save lives, and your health is worth the 5 minutes it takes.

We wear the @handful Battle Cry Pink as our battle cry — fighting breast cancer, standing with every woman who’s faced it, and reminding all of us to Grab Life by the Handful. 🩷

Set your reminder. Do your exam. Share this with a woman you love.

Auditions felt special this year, so many new faces, amazing routines, and a new opening number. I got to help in the filming of making the rosebuds, and I reached my personal goal by getting my highest audition score yet. I’m so Grateful for this team and ready to lock in for the rest of the season. LET’S GO! 💪❤️
