Tour Championship ⛳️🏌🏼‍♂️🏆

East Lake definitely didn’t disappoint! Neither did the tournament! One of the coolest events I’ve attended for sure.

As always, great events are much better with great people! First big-time tournament for @amanda_rohleder so glad she put up with me dragging her all over the course to see as much golf as possible! 20k steps!!

First tournament ever for both the Patel’s! Was awesome to see @richiepatel1 meet his man crush @justinprose99 🌹

Our 3rd HYROX Simulator is coming up on October 24th and 25th! If you want to test your fitness ahead of HYROX Nashville — or any race on your calendar — this is exactly the place to do it.

And there’s more: we’re talking about giving a free month of classes to the top men’s doubles team and top women’s doubles team!

‼️ HYROX Simulator #2 ‼️ Yesterday our 1Step Family stepped up. Some put their fitness to the test and celebrated all of their hard work. Some came to volunteer and cheer on those competing. We came together as a family though — sharing many smiles, laughs, and even some tears. This group is truly special and we could not be more grateful to help them reach their goals. We are blessed to be able to move our bodies and do truly hard things.

We exercised and enjoyed our freedom today. A common message spoke during each class was “suffer today and honor those that are fighting overseas for our freedoms we celebrate on a daily basis”.

Our 1Step Family showed up big today. For our fallen soldiers. For themselves. For friends and family.

Many feared this workout, yet they still showed up and conquered Murph. No matter how they scaled or partitioned the workout, the mission was accomplished. That is the meaning of these workouts.

Embrace your fears. Attack them head on. Do it with people who push you to be your best. Why? Because that’s what our soldiers do for us every day. That’s the American standard.

Thank you to all that have served, actively serving, or those who have fallen to protect our freedom we were able to celebrate today.

This is your reminder that fullness doesn’t have to look like extensions, and blonde doesn’t have to look overdone.

Just good hair. Done right.

If this is your vibe, I’m your girl 🤎

From the bottom of our hearts — thank you. Watching the 1Step Family show up today for our Newburgh Buddy Ball fundraiser was a reminder of just how special this place is. The generosity, the encouragement, and the genuine care for one another is what sets this family apart. If you’ve never walked through our doors, consider this your invitation. You won’t just find a gym — you’ll find people who will show up for you.

Volunteer with us next weekend for Newburgh Buddy Ball’s opening day!

Saturday, April 18th at NJB Vann Baseball Fields @8:30am.
