when your instructor shouts you anywhere BUT class! and an instructor’s really good friend invites you to a leg day from the concert with drinks in hand lol

leg day ended up being a 3-setter with flat road , incline THEN dynamic

floor had a combination of ladders, squats, pulses, burpees! aaaand mini band heavy glute bridge abductors! what a class! #hyrox #inspired
