POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Born too late to fight the British monarchy but born just in time to miss all my thirds.

The build up to today has been almost a couple years in the making. I’m incredibly grateful to have bounced back from 2025’s health issues and I’m more grateful to have been able to do it with some phenomenal people to lean on. Shoutout to my amazing mom, incredible girlfriend, and fellow imbeciles who I have the honor to call my friends.

Quick recap:
Squatted 524 and got absolutely pancaked by 551

Benched 340 and then the refs just couldn’t handle seeing 353 move so elegantly

Deadlifted 535 and then the leg of death died before 568 even got past my knees. L

As I previously stated, I did a little deload on bench this weekend to try and save some energy for today’s squat session.

Today was such a huge win for me mentally. About 9 weeks ago I injured myself squatting and couldn’t even do a body weight squat without searing pain. Did some pretty aggressive rehab, PT, and massage and holy shit did it pay off. I’m feeling very back and very solid.

Took roughly an opener, second ish, and probably over a third with reverse bands today. You’ll see I started with one set of sleeves and finished with another. I thought that switching into these new ones were going to derail my training for some reason so I went back to my old inzers. The ironic part is that I blew out my inzers on one of my top sets anyway.

Looks like I’m using the new sleeves regardless now. Thank you to everyone for your help tonight.

On to the next one.

- 265kg/584.2lb
- 285kg/628.3lb
- 300kg/661.3lb w/ reverse bands 💥PR💥
- 84.3kg/186lb + ~40.8kg/90lbs

Competition Day!!!!!
I’ve had the pleasure to work with @gracyyy_lou the past couple months. She’s someone who doesn’t give up, and that’s what made it a pleasure to work with her. She finished the day off with a 292.1Lbs squat, 137.9Lbs bench, and a 336.2Lbs. Super proud of her!!!! Also 9/9 and got 1st in her weight class🥇

@alec_vondell went crazy as well today my day 1 gym partner! @tyler_lifting is a phenomenal lifter and probably one of my favorite people to watch lift.
Also shoutout to @e_amenta05 on her first meet
