For me, this is what it’s all about.
.
When they’re here, they’re safe, focused, and surrounding themselves with like-minded individuals.
.
They probably don’t realize they are living out a vision I had over a decade ago. To see dreams become a reality is something everyone should experience in their lifetime. I wouldn’t be here without all of them.
.
Dream it. Do it. Live it.

Balancing old school with modern training modalities 🤝
.
The rice bucket is a great example of an old school method that won’t age out. It’s not a gimmick or a fad.
.
It’s also a perfect metaphor for a philosophy of ours: what you put into it, you will get out of it. Put grit and intensity into the bucket, and it becomes a one of one type forearm exercise.
.
Are you putting enough intent into your movements here?
.
Anyway, next time you see the rice bucket sitting in the recovery room…give it a go or ask us how to train with it! 🤙

Mic’d up, again, with the boys 🤙.
.
I like doing these occasionally because they give you great idea of how we coach, along with the feedback and the banter our athletes will get on a daily basis.

Had the pleasure of teaming up with @magelitzclinic today for FMS assessments.
.
FMS is a screening tool used to assess fundamental movement patterns, identify limitations, and potentially reduce the risk for injury.
.
We had such a blast, we’re gonna do it again on Monday! Come get yourself screened!
.
Thanks for coming out!
