PSA: I’m finally repurposing this account to align with my YouTube and future TikTok account (really hope the other HenryKCheung didn’t already take the handle). I wanted to inform you all and give you the option to follow or unfollow ☺️. I’m be migrating select fitness content over to @mobilemetcon. I know, we all miss era. 🥲 Truth is, the last 5 years were a massive battle with intense chronic pain and some dark times, but I’m finally back! Although, I’m still battling with chronic pain and sciatica everyday, I finally found a solution that is helping the pain. Good news is that, I can walk normally again, my consistency is dialed in, and I actually just signed up for a 56-day global challenge for $10k. So, I’ll be posting every single day over there to finally kill off this camera shyness once and for all. Also, guess what else I’ve been working on—if you’re into watches or want to see how I’m building a dropshipping business, check out my watch account (@grailloom). I started the site on Christmas Day last year. I’ve only got 3 sales so far lol, but it shows that the system works. These platforms reward consistency, and this year, I’m focused on not abandoning projects just because the initial dopamine stops hitting (like many projects in the past). I’m about 11 months into the “I hate being on camera / omg, this is so cringy” phase, and I think I’ve only got about 2 months left before I’m 95% over it. It’s all part of the journey to get monetized. I started this journey after the fitness tech startup I was at went bankrupt last January. I spent 3 years trying to save them—and even though I pulled them out of a hole—the investors, the competitor, and the big gym chains made it impossible to keep going. Now, I’m just focused on getting my life back on track after a minor 5-year detour. If you’ve got a YouTube channel too, let me know! I’d love to see what you’re working on. Also, shoutout to @bostonrisingtide! The 🏐 club I founded back in Boston before I moved that is now a highly desired volleyball club to join—they placed 5th this year out of 113 teams! So proud of what we’ve built and the opportunities we’ve created for the generations ahead. 🥲
