dear dad: here's you virtual father's day gift as you tear up thailand :) one of my earliest memories is singing somewhere over the rainbow with my grandpa. it was his favorite song, therefore it's my dads favorite song. i learned the song on the piano for my dad after my grandpa died and we got to sing it together too. growing up singing, i always wanting to be able to sing this for my dad. the first time i did, he cried as soon as the word "some" came out of my mouth (even though i didn't sound too great at 16). its because of my dad and grandpa that singing has been such an outlet for me, both emotionally and for fun, of course :) im no judy garland but i'm glad i get to sing this for you, dad. happy father's to my dad and his dad too. we miss you everyday grandpa🤍
