Happy October! 🎃 We are so excited for another month at Sunshine Reformer Studio. We have lots of exciting events and happenings this month! • We kicked off our first studio challenge yesterday, there is still time for you to join! 15 classes in the month of October (10/1-10/31)! Sign up in the studio and place a sticker next to your name after each class 💪 • Next Wednesday Corrine is teaching our first Men’s only Pilates class. Have you or someone you know been curious about trying reformer Pilates? Join us at 4pm for a high intensity, mixed level reformer flow for the guys! More info coming soon! • You asked and we listened, we are bringing back our Pilates & contrast therapy event with @vesselwilmington ! Join us for a 50 minute flow at 8am on October 18th followed by 1 hour in the private contrast therapy suites at Vessel. Bring a friend and get your wellness on! • Last but definitely not least, we are hosting our first Fall Social event on Saturday October 24th! Sign up for our regular scheduled Saturday morning classes and enjoy complimentary flowers, mimosas and refreshments. You will be entered into a raffle by showing up for class! And enjoy a coffee from @grammysuescoffee who will be set up at the studio all day! 💐🩰☕️ We will offer 3 free 30-minute Express Sculpt classes following our normal schedule for new clients who have been wanting to try our studio!
