The @grandfirbrewing OUTPOST is coming to Clackamas County with a sprawling beer garden and events venue! The Grand Fir Outpost is on the rural edge of Happy Valley and Damascus, near Oregon City and Portland. The 7-acre plot is surrounded by a nature area and the nearby Rock Creek flows into the Clackamas River. Carver Park - a popular swimming, floating, and picnic area, is less than a mile away. Among the many features of the location is an 1,100 sq. ft. indoor taproom, and a nearly 13,000 sq. ft. expansive beer garden, and a year-round heated solarium. Oregon dominates at the 2026 Great American Beer Festival (GABF) with 35 medals plus 2 Brewery of the Year awards!🥇🥈🥉 The 40th annual @greatamericanbeerfestival had 1,300 breweries and cideries competing with 7,267 entries, evaluated by 225 judges across 6-days of judging. This makes it the most competitive beer competition in America. Oregon won 17 gold medals (2nd only to California), 10 silver medals, and 8 bronze medals. Breakside led with 6 medals, Upp Liquids with 4, Alesong and Sunriver with 3 each, and then pFriem, Bend Brewing, Worthy Brewing and 2 Towns Cider with 2 medals apiece. OCTOBER AT EPHEMERAL: @grandfirbrewing Portland is coming to Denver! Kickoff party this Thursday 10/8 For the month of October, we’re handing over the taps to Grand Fir Brewing, one of the most exciting new breweries to come out of the Pacific Northwest in recent years. Grand Fir is known for West Coast IPAs, hoppy lagers, pale ales and beautifully executed classic styles. Whitney’s approach combines old-school Pacific Northwest hop character with modern brewing techniques, making beers that are intensely flavorful while still being crisp, balanced and ridiculously drinkable. And the accolades back it up. Multiple Great American Beer Festival & World Beer Cup medals to boast! Grand Fir is still a small, family-owned brewery, and most of their beer is poured at their Portland brewpub with only limited distribution outside of it. So getting a lineup of Grand Fir beer here in Denver is something we’re pretty damn excited about.

We are back at @grandfirbrewing trying out their Wing Week special: a smoked then fried full size wing, tossed in a peach habanero honey glaze! 🍑🔥 There’s just a few days left for this year Wing Week from @portlandmercury 🫣 These wings were exceptional. Nice smoky flavor, crispy crunch on the skin, sweet honey, spicy habanero, bright Thai basil. A very well balanced and punchy wing 🔥 Grand Fir is consistently putting out great beer alongside some tasty brews. Wing Week or not, this is a spot you want to try!
