🍂 My Kitchen Is Ready for Fall 🎃

There’s just something about a kitchen filled with pumpkins that makes me so happy this time of year. 🍂🤎

All those beautiful shades of burnt orange, soft peach and creamy white pumpkins bring the cosiest autumn feeling to our kitchen. 🎃

I love mixing the natural colours of the season with our warm wood and country kitchen details. Simple, seasonal touches that make our house feel even more like home. 🏡🍁

Tell me… are you decorating with pumpkins this fall, or are you saving all your autumn magic for Halloween? 🤎

Fun fact I never actually wanted to be a photographer it just kinda happened & i'm so glad it did 🥹🤍

If you had told me a few years ago that we'd be shooting the biggest day of peoples lives, shooting for brands & working with some really fcking cool people I would of NEVER of believed you

Yes there's been set backs, times when life hasn't been very kind & definitely times where I've just wanted to throw the towel in but there's so much passion inside me for creating I could never

There are SO many people who have helped me along this 'journey' & I truly have the best group of creatives around me who have been in this game longer than i've been alive - & to those people I am SO grateful for everything

So anyway, that's me lol. Back to posting pretty faces, stunning weddings & running off caffeine x

My favourite kitchen corner
I’ve had so many questions this past year is about my hops. This time last year it was so green, it’s gone so golden and I’m loving it. I am thinking of replacing it in November so that it will be lovely and green for Christmas, but for now I’m loving it.

There has been a chill in the air this weekend. It has definitely felt darker and the cozy feeling has definitely been here. We have even had a break from the bad weather and had a little sunshine..

What’s the weather like with you ?? Are you feeling cosy?

3/9/2026 AND THE RUNNER UP

last week on my story I showed how we created this runner using a table cloth and with the left over fab fabric we made cafe curtains, we have left over fabric to make napkins too. We didn’t really have a clue what we were doing but are so pleased with the results. What do you think?

Happy Thursday x hope your having a good week xx

Rays of sunshine ☀️
One thing I do miss about the sunshine is how bright the house was, everyroom was filled with light. As much as I’m an autumn lover, I think I’ll miss the house being bright. I do hope we have a lovely crisp autumn 🍂 with no clouds lol 😂
How’s your weekend looking? Any plans ?

Why a new build ???
As much as it wasn’t on the plan to live in a new build, it has come with so many positives. When I bought the house I lived alone and running the house on one income plus a major renovation wouldn’t have been possible, as much as I looked.
So instead I bought a new build which was ready to move in, no structural work, no rewiring, no new roofs or boilers. It come with a ten year builders guarantee also which was reassuring. So the plan was just to make it was to make it look how I wanted, which has been a long but fun journey.
Also the house is so well insulated running cost are low to as we hardly ever have to use the heating as it always warm. So as much as it wasn’t my first choice there are so many positives and you can certainly make a new build look more traditional and add your own stamp. That’s not so say I wouldn’t love to move one day but for now, this is home 🏠

Would you buy a new build?

Our House
So much has changed and our list of to do’s is just as long but for now we are in the moment. I was hoping to do our en-suite this year but it’s looking for like next year with how fast the year is going. Im ok with that, it will give me longer to work out how I’d like it.

Cosy vibes all year round
Our old living room as much as I liked it, never felt warm and inviting. Swapping the rooms around filled me with dread but I’ve never looked back. Whatever time of year it is, it always feels so comfortable and cosy.

Happy Wednesday what’s your mid week plans?
