🇵🇭 It felt like a movie—still feels like a dream. Getting to travel and play the sport we all love with baby boy and flag family is something I’ll never take for granted. The hospitality was unreal. Everywhere you go, people treat you with so much kindness and respect. It’s hard to put into words. You truly have to experience it for yourself. ❤️🏈✈️. Thank you Philippines until next time!

I remember those dark days when I doubted myself and my worth, all tied to my position on a depth chart. I often felt like I was so close, yet still never enough. My love for the game changed into anxiety.

Having been playing competitive sports since forever, I believed that if I performed well on the field, I would finally feel satisfied with myself and could love myself more.

That process is still ongoing, and there is still work to do. But recently, I’ve been feeling FREE.

Free from the weight of constantly proving my worth through performance, and more present in simply playing the game I love.

I feel reconnected with the true essence of sports: healthy competition, becoming a better version of yourself, and connecting with others.

Everyone has their own path, struggles, and experiences. I’m grateful for mine and for everything I’ve learned through it. It made me a better, stronger and more empathetic person.

So thankful for all the new friends and the event organizers for bringing everyone together.
