I honestly have no words. ❤️

Every year, saying goodbye gets a little harder as the athletes I’ve trained for years head off to college. This year is different. I started at Impact when this group were freshmen in high school, and now they’re taking the next step in their journey.

Watching them grow—not just as athletes, but as people—has been one of the greatest parts of this career. I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity to do what I love every day and to work with such incredible athletes like these ones!

So proud of each and every one of you. ❤️
