If you told me at the beginning of the year that I would be working at camp, let alone hidden acres, a place I had never been before, I would’ve laughed in your face! My plan for this summer was to make as much money as possible and spend as much time as home as I can with friends and family before heading to college! All of a sudden I started getting this calling to work at camp and at 1 am on a random night I applied to HA summer staff to be a senior counselor, and a couple of months later it was the best decision ever! This summer has really shown me how amazing so much better Gods plan for us is than our own and over all His will, will be done! I love this camp, I loved all my campers, I love my friends that God blessed me with here, I love my quad family that He provided me with, and most importantly I LOVE JESUS AND THE BLESSING IT WAS TO BE ON THE FRONT LINES OF SHARING HIS WORD🤍🤍🤍

Hidden Acres Summer 2026 Complete!

I came into camp not really knowing anyone. I came out of it not only with strong relationships, but a greater relationship with God and boldness and a desire to go back home and share the gospel with anyone and everyone! Looking back on it, I can see how much I was able to grow across an 8-week span. I’m so sad to go but so glad to continue on the habits that have been built here at camp.
