Film from our record release show in NYC. 🍎 I am so lucky to be surrounded by love, expansion, and people who believe in me and my dreams. I haven’t always been this way and I’ve fought like hell to get here. I built this city and now I get to fly. TY to everyone who came out to celebrate with us in nyc love uuuuuuuu. #mercurylounge #nycshows #livemusic #filmphotos #nycmusic

I kept all the photographs live from NYC. 🎥 by my bb boy @grantjensen ✨ I wrote this song alone at home with my little rubber bridge and vocal doubler pedal- a v inspiring combo. The thing about healing and growing is that you lose a lot of people along the way and it literally feels like dying it can be so painful… it was for me. But you make it to the other side and the love is deeper and bigger and more mature and it can hold you and the people who are meant for you in such a deeper way. I’m someone who has always felt everything so deeply- like I go to the very bottom of the ocean yall but at least I can get it out through my songs. Anyway- if you’re trying to set boundaries right now, or you are going through a breakup, or maybe you’re in transition and it feels lonely- it’s gunna get better I promise. Xoxo
