It’s no secret that I love everything about sports—including coaching youth teams.

More than a dozen years ago, while coaching my son’s basketball team, I realized our community needed a feeder basketball program. Soon after, we held our first Cottonwood Bantam tryouts.

From what began as one team and just seven players, the program has grown to over 20 boys and girls teams! This program has brought our community together in an incredible way. It’s completely volunteer-run, with parents and families stepping up to support the kids (just as it should be). I’m proud to still serve on the Bantam Board.

It’s a testament to what a community can achieve with vision, determination, and a love for our youth.

In the ever-changing world of real estate, it’s essential to acknowledge that, while some deals go smoothly and lead to triumphant outcomes, others may encounter unexpected snags along the way, like multiple offers for example.

This is where the expertise of a seasoned real estate agent becomes invaluable. A skilled agent can offer professional insight and guidance to navigate through any hurdles that may arise during the buying or selling process, insuring a successful outcome.

Wonderful family outing to Logan to see our daughter and support our son who is a sports writer for KSL, covering Utah State.

Here we are up above press row after a big Aggie win.
