The college crew is back and the boys are dialed 👊

Every guy is committed to his own process each day and owning it

The foundation for most of these guys was set over the summer and now we fine tune some things while prepping for a big spring

Stay tuned to see the crew fully ramped up heading into the spring 🔥

Big donkey from @nomad_baseball
Left motor shoulder and a horizontal thrower.. trying to keep glove side countered and feel the glove arm motor the throwing arm through the throw. Everything varies.. nothing is perfect or set in stone.. staying stacked is important for every pitcher.. that position will look different for each pitcher based on arm angle. The back foot shifting and losing stability will create habits/things we don’t need in the throw. In this case.. instead of getting all “scientific” we shifted his foot to the position it wanted to be in.. and he was able to shift weight and control his body a lot easier. Not every fix has to be rocket science or ground breaking. If the result is better and better it doesn’t matter what lingo you use. #baseballtraining #pitchingmechanics #pitchingdrills #pitchingcoach #playerdevelopment
