Training camp has been a blast. Minus spraining my ankle. I am so happy I got to bond with my team and see all my amazing friends. And made some new friends as well. This year has been quite the year. I started training again after almost two years, which is awesome. I started training in mid distance. I also learned mini javelin. In June I competed at our trials to qualify for Team Canada. This summer I competed at the Canada Summer Games in St Catherine’s and came home with a gold and a silver. And today I am proud to announce that I will be representing Team Canada for the 800 meter and mini javelin at the 2023 World Summer Games in Berlin Germany😊🇨🇦🏃🏻‍♀️#berlin2023 #unbeatabletogether #soteamcanada #teamcanada🇨🇦 #secondworldgames #athletics @specialocanada
