When incredible people come together...

for something bigger than themselves, something truly magical happens! ❤️

Pink Apron was an unforgettable evening filled with love, generosity, meaningful connections, and so much incredible energy!

We are beyond grateful to everyone who came together to make this night so special. People from all walks of life united for one purpose, to celebrate life and make a difference in the fight against cancer.

Together, we raised thousands of dollars for the American Cancer Society, kicking off the Men Wear Pink campaign in honor of Aunt Mary, whose life and legacy inspired this beautiful evening. ❤️

A huge thank you to our incredible sponsors, restaurants, chefs, beverage partners, and everyone who helped bring Pink Apron to life. And a special thank you to Lauren Backe for her incredible dedication in making this all happen!

There are some nights that pictures can capture.

And then there are nights you just had to be there for. ✨

Mintaka’s Dinner Under the Stars was one of those nights.

One long table. On a farm. Under the stars.

People from completely different backgrounds, industries and walks of life came together for one night, and none of that mattered.

We ate. We laughed. We connected. Strangers became friends.

And as we sat down for dinner, the sun literally started setting around us.

It was magical.

Rachel and the entire team at Locavore Farm created the most incredible setting. Chef Mat Meyer of Ansley Table absolutely crushed the food. Songwood Farm filled the table with beautiful dahlias. Windy City Limousines got everyone there and home safely. And Justin Jose somehow managed to capture the feeling of the night through these photos.

Thank you to all of our incredible sponsors and partners who helped us bring this experience to life, including:

What's better than getting a Yacht in the summer?

Getting TWO yachts, thanks to my good friend and my main source for Yachts and Boats, Heidi!

This was the FIRST of the Orion3 YACHT Days.

35 of my Orion3 Core members, 2 Yachts, great food, great weather, and a safe space to be ourselves, in the most beautiful city in the world.

This happened last Tuesday and it was the start of something new and exciting for my Orion3 Family Members.

Building relationships (both Business and personal) with people you can trust, in a safe space, for both personal and business reasons, is the most important aspect of Orion3.

Because of MINTAKA, Orion3 Experiences (for members) just got elevated, elegant, and much more exclusive!, 👊🏾✨

If anyone needs to get a Boat or a Yacht this summer, PLEASE reach out to Heidi. She is amazing and her level of service is one of the best I've seen in the industry.

The most Magical Night of the year was 7/10/2026

There are no words in the English language that can clearly articulate what we experienced at this Dinner, on Locavera Farms.

Thank YOU, Paola, for a night that was "written in the stars."

An Orion3 dinner, at a Farm, not too far from Chicago.

Love, Empathy, Kindness, and the BEST of humanity were experienced on this July night a couple of weeks ago.

Amazing food cooked by an incredible Chef.

Flowers all over the place made it look like we were in heaven.

The BEST dinner I've ever had was at Locavera farm on 7/10/26.

The sky turned an orange pink color as the sun set over the fields.

All of a sudden, a field full of fireflies looked like actual stars moving right in front of us.

The owner of the farm, and her staff, were incredible. Rachel's kindness is what made all of it feel like we were in heaven.

I HIGHLY recommend Locavera farms if you want an amazing dinner.

I already talked to Rachel last week and we'll be doing a bigger Orion3 members event there. (stay tuned Orion3 Family Members)

Two weeks ago we had the first Orion3 Weekend Retreat in Galena!

Seven of us headed up to Galena on a Friday and came back Sunday.

This 1st trip ended up being better than any expectation that I had.

We got to Galena on a Friday evening.

That night we ate at the BEST Mediteranian restaurant any of us had ever been to. We HIGHLY recommend Caliza in Galena.

The next day we started with a morning hike, enjoying the beautiful views.

Then we ate Mexican at cute spot downtown.

After walking back to where we were all staying, Tony Bruno led us through a 90 min Muscle Activation Therapy practice.

There was someone in the group who could NOT bring their hands below their knees, when trying to touch their toes, (for the last 15 years). After ONLY 5 mins of working with them, that day, Tony Bruno made miracles happen. Because that person was able to touch their toes!

On Saturday evening we had the funniest 5 hours of our lives, because all of us laughed so hard that our abs were hurting and we ran out of tears.

Those laughs continued into the night and "we laughed ourselves to sleep."

On Sunday morning, we went to what we called "stone hedge" where Carolyn Litton led us through a POWERFUL meditation.

We felt God during that meditation!

I never understood Carolyn's work fully, until that meditation she led. In fact, all of us felt it.

What happend in that meditation and what happend right after, is ABSOLUTE Serendipity and validation from God that we were all exactly where we were supposed to be.
