today is the album anniversary of “WHOLE SUM”, my seven song collaborative project w/ @thejlenga my most ambitiously authentic album thus far. I stripped my soul raw all over this LP. transmuted my pain, shame, passion & heartache into love-coded compositions for the sake of healing, feeling & inspiring. as I type this caption out I can’t help but reflect on the sheer amount of time, effort & energy poured into this not only by myself but by the phenomenal team of artists that made this all possible. first & foremost thank you @thejlenga for offering your powerful production to this project. your soulfully idiosyncratic beats are truly one of a kind & inspired some of my finest songwriting yet. thank you @ooogrady for your ear, expertise & patience in helping me mix & master this all in its entirety. thank you @gratian.art for bringing my inner child, present self & future form to fruition together with a level of technicality, care & experimentation that is absolutely mind boggling. thank you @sketchnate & @emilyeliseillustrator for the sensational single artwork. thank you @kourages for editing the rear cover. thank you @themcphersonproject & @mijares_esther for your voice acting. thank you @therealloupwolf & @atd3000 for your musicianship in the strings & keys. thank you @forest_hope_ for the pretty pipes you laid down as the sole featured artist. thank you @engee_thatsme & @shyannmusic for the hair raising, spine tingling vocals on that outro. thank you @anokhei @p.shahvar & @evanlindy for shooting & editing the accompanying music videos in all their glory. doing this all independently is no simple task but I’m grateful to be surrounded by quality artists who graciously help me alchemize someting from nothing. finally thank you to the Most High for everyting. infinitely grateful for this addition to my discography. 🖤🙏🏽🤍 you can purchase the album on Bandcamp and bump it on all streaming platforms 🔂

Last week’s Opening of “7Days A Week” my newest solo show @tigerden.to This body of work explores my visual journey of Toronto signs, symbols, and landmarks. Since moving here I have been inspired by the subway signs, local business signs and random signage that I have come across. This intimate body of work is a new exploration of hand-cut stencils, textures, and airbrush to capture the look and feel of signs. The theme of the show is highlighted by the common convenient store symbol of a milk jug reading 7DAYS A WEEK, which references vintage milk delivery as well as my weekly outings and encounters in my new home. This work is on display in Toronto from Sep8th through Oct3rd, 2026 at @tigerden.to during regular business hours. Catch it while you can TORONTO! This one is for you! Your art friend, Rayos Magos🙌🏽✨⚡️🤘🏽#rayosmagos #rayosmagosart #signpainting #torontosigns #acrylicpaintings

Birthday 🎂 picnic moments: as a way to celebrate my bday in my new home we had a lil picnic at the park. I am forever grateful to find my tribe here in Toronto. As an adult is it often hard to find friends, build community, and to integrate into groups. Somehow I have attracted the best Toronto has to offer! Big THANK YOU for all the birthday wishes, blessings, and conversations. Community is about building and growing together. As I continue to grow and anchor myself here I feel confident in the foundation that has been built. I tried catching moments yesterday but I was too locked in. Shout out to @jovenluciano for catching some good Fisheye shots. Special thanks to my partner @yu.taikocat for supporting the party! Thanks to all my friends! Warmly, your art friend Rayos Magos🧙🏼‍♂️🙌🏽⚡️✨🤘🏽

✨CRAWL 31: Sun Aug 16th Meeting at 2pm, Leaving 2:15pm 978 Bloor St W Expected end time: 4pm 🏔️ Crawl 31 will follow Bloor St W just south of the Junction neighbourhood. We will be looking at a variety of brand new murals, some completed as recently as the last several weeks. The crawl is a shorter distance, but has more stops that we typically do (10 instead of 8) so we expect to use our typical amount of time (2 hours). 🎨 At Stop 4, artist @waskwane_designs will join us to give an artist talk about their piece and speak about the Bloor UP Underpass Murals facilitated by @start_streetartoronto ✨QUEER ART CRAWL is a normally a monthly walk club that highlights mural artists and public art in Toronto through an activity club made by and for 2SLGBTQIA+ folks and their allies. ⏰ We highlight 6-10 murals on each crawl and on average, the walks are 1.5-2 hours with around 10 min per stop. This walk will include a couple extra pieces. 👀 There will be murals and graffiti that we don’t stop at along each walk. They maybe highlighted in later walks. ♿️ The Extra Info and Accessibility Notes pages is located at the link in my bio. It has detailed information about every crawl including an Overview, Terrain Description, Directions from Transit, Route Stops, Artist Names, and Public Washroom Info. 🗺️ All murals and walk routes will be on the interactive map at the link in my bio. The map highlights the stops and seating options along the way. All crawls are designed to be as physically accessible as possible and never include stairs. If you can’t make the walks, the maps will always be live so that you can walk them on your own time. 🌬️Please remember that these walks are scent free and smoking free. Please be mindful of your use of language to respect people’s identities and pronouns. 💸QUEER ART CRAWL is Free/ Pay what you can. The etransfer email where you can send money is artwalkclub@gmail.com. The funding goes to researching and organizing these events, marketing, full walk throughs and hiring artists.
