Do Besties leave you stranded? Never!

We always have your back when the travel plot twists show up.

Here are just a few real client situations I never saw coming…

✈️ A snowstorm stranded clients after their cruise while airlines stopped taking calls for rebookings. While they enjoyed one last day by the pool, I secured hotel rooms and new flights home.

🌺 A client broke his collarbone in Hawaii. We coordinated insurance claims, extended his hotel stay for recovery, rebooked excursions, and arranged an extra airplane seat so he could travel home comfortably.

🌍 A client became stranded in the Middle East during a war. I worked directly with supplier partners behind the scenes, documented everything for insurance, and helped get them safely out within two days while they continued enjoying the destination they were already in.

🛫 Another client had a layover routed through an active conflict zone. Flights were repeatedly canceled, but after working with my trusted partners, we rerouted her through a safer itinerary and secured refunds for the canceled tickets.

🚢 Hours before embarkation, a client realized their passport wasn’t with them. We immediately walked through every available option so they could make the best decision with confidence and still make it on their cruise.

🚗 A client arrived without the credit card needed to pick up a rental car. After a few phone calls and a little advocating, we found a solution before they even reached the counter.

❤️ A client was admitted to the ICU just months before their cruise. While they focused on healing, I handled the rebooking, insurance paperwork, and secured a future sailing.

💙 Another client’s son suffered a spinal injury just two days before departure. While she focused on her family, I focused on the cruise, the cancellations, and the insurance process.

These are the parts of travel no one plans for.

My job isn’t just to book your vacation.

It’s to protect your peace of mind when life decides to throw a curveball.

In the spirit of transparency, I was one phone call away from filing bankruptcy at the end of 2023.

The largest project of my career ended in a litigation battle while we were trying to recoup money on a completed project, which sucked our accounts dry. Bad guys, ya know?

So we hit a hard reset.

We rented our house and lived with my parents for the year until we were ready to move back home. As grateful as we are for family and friends who supported us, this was challenging for me mentally. I felt failure, hope, disappointment, joy, sadness, excitement, anger, thrill… you name it.

It was a growing year. I needed to be molded and face myself head-on. I hate that I dragged my family through my business junk, but I’m also thankful for a partner who stood by me through it. And honestly, it was such a small blip in the grand scheme of life. We’re just trynna figure it out over here.

Looking back, it was a sweet year overall. I cannot believe how big that boy is now and the excitement (then) of adding another boy to my construction army! Some of our favorite memories as a family are captured in this video, and I’m thrilled to share it in hopes of encouraging the next guy.

- Business is hard.
- Life keeps going.
- Money comes and goes.

- Don’t quit. Won’t fail.

🚨The girls trip finally left the group chat. 🍹✈️

You know the one…

The trip that’s been discussed for years.

The one where someone sends a destination every few months.

The one where everybody replies:

“We should totally do that.”

And then life happens.

The kids.
The sports.
The work schedules.
The responsibilities.

Until one day somebody finally says:

“Okay ladies, are we doing this or not?”

And suddenly…

Flights are booked.
The countdown starts.
And the group chat becomes active again for all the right reasons 😂
