Visiting the Medical Center of the Americas Foundation – Cardwell Collaborative & Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso gave us a deeper look into how real estate drives innovation, healthcare, and economic growth in the Borderplex region. 🏥📊

This visit connected so many concepts we’ve learned in class to real world impact. It was especially inspiring to see how a collaborative space can bring together healthcare, research, and entrepreneurship under one strategic vision.
