⚡️🏹 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ALEXIS! 🏹⚡️
Today we celebrate one of the Jedi of the game — @grayfoxwellness , the heart and energy behind Turtle Island Lacrosse’s Wellness Team! 🌊🐢
A Greek player with a HUGE love for the game, Alexis brings something special everywhere he goes. 🇬🇷🥍 He shows up, supports Indigenous players, lifts others up, and believes in growing the game so that more people can experience its medicine.
He doesn’t just play lacrosse — he helps build the future of it. 🔥
From Turtle Island to Greece and everywhere the game takes us, we are so grateful for your heart, your energy, your friendship, and your commitment to the players and the culture of the game.
⚡️ Keep shining, Jedi.
🌊 Keep spreading the medicine.
🐢 Keep building bridges.
🥍 Keep growing the game.
Happy Birthday, Alexis! 🎂🔥
We’re grateful to have you in the Wolfpack. 🐺💙

ONWÉ-YO-KÓN — WE BELIEVE
@hnwlax_ stepped into history.
Every sprint. Every check. Every loose ball. Every bruise. Every drop of sweat. Every sacrifice. They played with the grit of those who came before them and the medicine gifted through the Creator’s Game.
@hnwlax_ took the world stage & carried more than a flag. They carried our languages. Our ancestors. Our families. Our nations. Our future.
They fought with relentless heart, never backing down, proving that courage isn’t measured by a podium—it’s measured by how fiercely you stand for your people.
4th in the world out of 97. What they gave us can never be measured by a ranking.
They brought our people together. They filled our communities, & territories with pride. They reminded our youth who they are. They reminded the world where lacrosse was born.
This is our history. This is our culture. This is our medicine. This is resilience.
This is Haudenosaunee. @haudenosaunee_nationals
To every player who wore our colors—you carried us all. We see your sacrifice. We honour your grit. We thank you for showing the world the strength of our women and the spirit of our people. The fire you lit will burn for generations.
We Are Proud if you. We Honor you. We Love you.

It has come to our attention that one of our Founding Members was subjected to racist, culturally insensitive remarks and demeaning behavior towards women from a lacrosse coach yesterday.

Let us Be Very Clear. Women & Girls Belong in Lacrosse. Cultural Appropriation, Racism & Gender-based discrimination are Not Welcome here or within the Lacrosse Community.

These actions are fundamentally incompatible with the values of the Medicine Game. Lacrosse was gifted by Indigenous Peoples as a game rooted in respect, humility, healing, unity, and community. There is no place for racism, misogyny, discrimination, or intolerance within our sport or our community.

We encourage everyone to learn from positive leaders, Indigenous educators, Elders, and organizations that promote anti-racism, cultural humility, respect for women, and the true teachings of the Medicine Game.

Together, we can honor the Indigenous Origins of Lacrosse & create a lacrosse community where every player, coach, official, volunteer, and family member feels respected, valued, and safe.

Good Luck to EVERY WOMAN Participating at Women’s Worlds Championship this Week & those Participating in Youth Summer tournaments throughout Turtle Island (North America), Asia and Around the World this Week.

🐺 The Wolf is putting in the work. 🥍💪

While others are resting, @fro70ne is grinding. Every rep, every sprint, every workout is building something bigger than today.

Leaders don’t wait for the moment—they prepare for it. Carson is leading the pack with heart, determination, and the mindset to outwork yesterday’s version of himself.

The pack follows the wolf who never quits. Keep hunting your goals, keep trusting the process, and keep showing everyone what dedication looks like.

The future belongs to those willing to put in the work. Keep leading, Wolf. The pack is right behind you. 🐺🔥 #fyp #love #lacrosse #foryou #workout

Welcome to @_tidalwavewolfpack_ & @turtleislandlacrossecup Spread Love Campaign 🤍🌊

This past 2 weeks our founder made 262 “spread love” “wolf pack” & “tidal wave wolf pack” Bracelets

Indigenous beadwork is medicine, a profound language of identity & connection to ancestors. Beading is both sacred connection & form of cultural resilience. Baaga’adowe (lacrosse) brings everyone together. It is to be played with a good mind, good heart and with love for everyone.

This weekend @turtleislandlacrossecup @_tidalwavewolfpack_ supported 29 Lacrosse players who were also participating with hundreds of basketball players from all over Mishigami (Michigan or great water) here in Ludington, MI

The first “spread love campaign” 262 Bracelets raised $500 to 3 Domestic Violence Victims families.

Thank you to everyone for their support and such a great weekend 💫⚡️🐺🐻🌊✌🏽
