Summer training has always meant so much to me - both as a student and a teacher. It feels like a reset. New cities, new teachers, new friends, and new perspectives have been such a driving force in my growth as a dancer and person.

Such a joy to spend the week in LA with these 4 and watch them soak in these new experiences. Thank you for trusting, and listening to me and Ms Briley. These are the moments that fill my cup 💗

Can’t believe this intensive is already over! I’m so grateful to have been able to take classes and been part of @fluxintensives! Thank you @jaclynroyal for making this all possible! Thank you for creating a space for artists to explore! It was such an amazing experience getting to dance with talented dancers and amazing people! Thank you to all of the assistants at @fluxintensives! You were all so inspiring and I’m so lucky to have been able to watch you dance! Another thank you to all of the teachers who taught at this amazing intensive! I learned so much from you all! Wish it wouldn’t have ended! So thankful!🥹❤️

Getting the opportunity to come to LA for this intensive was truly a dream come true. I pushed myself further than I ever thought I could, was challenged every single day, and grew so much as a dancer.

I’m beyond grateful to have learned from such incredible teachers and assistants as well as to have met so many talented, inspiring people throughout the week. @jaclynroyal you are truly a genius and I love all of your amazing work and creativity. I have done a lot of dancing this summer, but this week I will never forget. Thank you @creating_wavescb for creating a space with such magic. Throughout the week, all of us were truly able to rediscover our love for dance. The love everyone put into this space was not taken for granted, and I have met people I will be friends with forever!! The most amazing week in beautiful Cocoa Beach, Florida, with an amazing group of people. I have never experienced such a training, with so much humanity and connection. I will treasure the lessons learned and the friendships made. Thank you, @jespaihen, @peterchuthis, @tmitchell227, and the other teachers for this week. It fed my soul and reminded me #whyIdance, for the joy, the connection, the release.
