Some summers become part of your heart forever… and I already know this is one of them. 💙

Having Grayson, my niece live with us for this summer has been such an unexpected gift. From late-night TV marathons and fun dinners to laughing until we can’t breathe, and just doing all the girly things, I wouldn’t trade these moments for anything.

She’s headed into her second year of law school in August at LSU, 💜 🐯 and I’m so proud of the woman she’s becoming. But selfishly, I’m just grateful I got this summer with her.

Time moves so fast, and I know I can never get this season back. So today, I’m simply counting my blessings from this summer and Grayson is one of the biggest ones. 💙

What is one of your core memories so far this summer? 👇

Love you mean it! 😘💙🦋

What a Time…

I swear I’m still 25… until my 23-year-old niece says,

“Let’s start a new series!”

…at 9:30 p.m. 😂

Sweet girl… that’s practically tomorrow.

Anyone else mentally 25 but physically negotiating with their body every morning? 🤣

I may not have 22-year-old energy anymore, but I wouldn’t trade this summer, or the late-night laughs, for the world. 💙

Tell me I’m not the only one! 👇😄

How to recharge your energy:

🦋 Laugh until your stomach hurts.
🦋 Spend time with people who feel like sunshine.
🦋 Make the memory.
🦋 Take the picture.
🦋 Stay a little longer.

Life is short. Love your people well. 💙
