“Definitely trust the process.”

If Grayson Eichinger could go back one year and give himself one piece of advice, it would be exactly that.

“In the moment, you may not think you’re going to the right place, or you might think that you’re better than where you’re going, but I definitely think it works out how it should.”

From Revocruit Powered Program Colleyville Heritage to Eastern University in Philadelphia, Grayson’s journey is a reminder that everyone’s path to the next level looks different.

Trust the work. Trust the opportunity. Trust where the process takes you.

What advice would Grayson Eichinger give to the younger players trying to follow the same path?

Take ownership of the energy and effort you bring every single day.

“I would tell them that it’s on them to bring intensity to practices and to games. It’s cliché, but give 100% when you’re on the court.”

Coaches can set the standard and bring energy, but ultimately Grayson believes the responsibility falls on the players.

“The coaches are there to bring intensity, but it’s on us.”

From Colleyville Heritage to Eastern University, Grayson shares the lessons he learned throughout his journey to the next level in the newest episode of Seen To Signed.

Grayson Eichinger’s recruiting journey didn’t start with a list of offers.

When he was first introduced to Revocruit at P32, he hadn’t received an offer or heard from a college coach. That soon began to change.

With Colleyville Heritage head coach Stephen Hamrick playing a major role in his development and path, Grayson continued to perform, gain exposure and put himself in position for the right opportunity.

College coaches found him through Revocruit. Conversations started. His first offer followed. And eventually, his journey led him from Colleyville Heritage to Eastern University.

From having no offers to finding his opportunity at the next level.

The former Colleyville Heritage guard reflects on playing his senior season for a Revocruit Powered Program and how the added exposure and resources surrounding Colleyville Heritage gave his final year a different feel.

Grayson also shares how he was discovered on Revocruit by Eastern University while competing on the New Balance P32 League, a connection that ultimately helped lead to his commitment and opportunity to play at the next level.

Now, he’s preparing for the next chapter of his career and sharing the story of how being seen turned into getting signed.
