This is The Standard.

Not a suggestion. Not optional.

How we do things.

What we expect.
What we teach.
What we achieve.

Discipline.
Accountability.
Process over outcome.
Culture.
Mental toughness.
Continuous improvement.
Character.
Excellence in everything.

It’s not just a poster on our wall — it’s the non-negotiable foundation of everything we do.

We don’t just coach movement. We build standards that carry far beyond the gym.

No shortcuts.
No mediocrity.
No excuses.

Hold the standard. Raise the bar.

This young man has done more hard things than I've done in my lifetime. There's no quit in him. Thank you for unknowingly being a great role model to me. Life isn't easy but I'm blessed with two amazing young men💙🩵

This crew. This team. This sport. This event.
Loretta’s truly brings out every emotion.
I couldn’t be more prouder of every single FLY team member. No matter the result, the finish, or how the week unfolded. And to every FLY athlete, at every age and every level , I hope you know how incredibly proud we are of you. Showing up, putting it all on the line, pushing through the hard moments, and representing our the @flyracing.global family is what matters most.

My heart is full. So proud of this crew. So grateful for this team. And so thankful to be apart of this crazy, beautiful motocross family. ❤️

Until next year, Loretta’s.

What an incredible week it has been for the RDC Foundation. ❤️

While we still have four scholarship awards to present and many more applicants to meet, this week has already exceeded anything we could have imagined. Every conversation, every story, and every smile has reminded us why we started this foundation in Ryder’s honor.

We are so grateful for the continued support from the motocross community. None of this would be possible without the people and companies who believe in our mission and help us keep Ryder’s legacy alive.

A huge thank you to @fmf73 , @flyracing.global , @highpeakfx , @web__media_ , @vurbmoto , @vurbmoto_prospect , @rmatvmc , @mesquitemoto , and to everyone who has purchased raffle tickets for our toolbox giveaway, made a donation, or simply stopped by to say hello.

Most importantly, thank you to every applicant who took the time to share your story with us. Your perseverance, passion, and dedication are exactly what the RDC Foundation was created to celebrate, and it has been an honor getting to know each of you.

We’re excited to see what the rest of the week has in store. Thank you for being part of Ryder’s story and for helping us continue to make a difference, one rider at a time. ❤️🏁

Here’s to the greatest country and the people who hold strong to the idea of America and American values. Despite the constant attacks on the American way of life from inside our own country we will continue to prevail.
